So this month has been freaking intense and kinda wonderful in it’s own way. Between crazyness of work, getting life plans in order, and doing WUDJ, it’s actually been incredibly helpful and suiting for the moment. Ok so today was one of those days where I got a lot accomplished. Wrote 3 reviews for 2 books and my kindle, cleaned, laundried, got my kindle case, and kicked out 4007 words for a random short I started. Brings my total word count to 39, 294, so I'm 294 words ahead of schedule. I'm never ahead of schedule! I've never written 4K words in one day! I ( Read more... )

 Looked through my posts to see how far behind, and it looks like I'm right. My total word count is 30,009, which makes sense because I am still missing a day and then there's today. Despite a hectic work day, got some good writings. Hit my 2,000 word goal with 2114 words. Now I am still a day behind, if I am correct. Now i've got some new development in some backstory and there are a number of things at hand: a) the world is larger than I expected with way more politics between species as there's some sort of general council ( Read more... )

 So yesterday I did 1706, which was awesome cause I made some good development, but today was a little lackluster. I only did 572 words for the story and another 506 for something seperate.  So it's the 18th of July. There are 2 solid weeks left of WUDJ, and I am feeling super duper overwhelmed in terms of the story.  So today was splendid for the sheer amount of super productiveness. I was expecting to get a fair amount of words done, start the catch up from the 3 days I wasn't hitting my target at all, but I bypassed them. Got done 3,636 words done!  So today was a much better day, in the way of writing. :) 1544. In that sense I am quite pleased. I got my first draft of my short done and the last basic preliminary work for chapter 1. So I can move on the chapter two tomorrow, however much that will be. I can't make any promises with all the fireworks and other stuff on my mind.
